Your order is confirmed only when we send a formal confirmation email to your provided address. We reserve the right to cancel orders for:
  • Stock shortages (for non-custom items—we’ll notify you and offer a full refund).
  • Pricing errors (e.g., incorrect sale prices due to website glitches—we’ll cancel and explain the issue).
  • Incomplete delivery information (e.g., missing house number for a Queensland address—we’ll contact you to confirm before canceling).
  • Suspected fraudulent activity (e.g., invalid payment details, duplicate orders with the same address).
Payment Terms
  • Accepted Methods: Major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay (buy now, pay later—split into 4 interest-free installments for orders over $50 AUD).
  • Payment Security: All payments are processed via PCI DSS-compliant gateways—your financial data is never stored on our servers.
  • Deposits: Customized items (e.g., personalized Location Collars) require a 30% deposit at order placement; the remaining 70% is due before shipping.
Product Descriptions
We strive for accurate details (sizes, features, materials) and images, but minor variations may occur (these do not count as “misrepresentation” under Australian Consumer Law if trivial):
  • Color Differences: Location Collar hues or Cat Toy colors may vary slightly due to batch production.
  • Size Variances: Smart Cat Toilet internal tray dimensions may have a 1–2cm difference (normal for manufacturing).
  • Feature Variations: GPS Location Collar battery life may vary slightly based on network coverage (all meet our minimum 3-day standard).
We resolve significant discrepancies (e.g., a “waterproof” Location Collar that isn’t) via return/exchange at no cost to you.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the item(s). We are not responsible for indirect damages, including:
  • Loss of use (e.g., a delayed Smart Cat Toilet requiring manual litter cleaning).
  • Pet discomfort or injury from improper use (e.g., a Location Collar that’s too tight—follow size guides).
  • Data loss (e.g., GPS Location Collar subscription lapsing—we send renewal reminders 7 days in advance).
Updates to Terms
We may revise these terms to reflect changes in business practices (e.g., new Smart Cat Toilet tech) or legal requirements (e.g., updates to the Australian Privacy Act). Updated terms are posted on our website—your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance. We notify you of major changes via email (if you opted in to communications).
